My name is Maja Moors and I am a Chef for over 10 years. Besides my practical knowledge, I have also an academic one – Master of Science in Gastronomy with a thesis “Molecular Gastronomy.“ I have traveled the world through my job from Europe, North Africa, Middle East, South America, Antarctica, to finally settle down in New Zealand, where I have a husband Bronson and son Mihajlo. I have learned and accepted great knowledge from great Chefs and scientists I have worked with and that skills are instilled in my business.
I am also the President of the Serbian Association of Molecular Gastronomy, a member of the International group of MG, have held over 100 masterclasses, workshops, and demonstrations, alongside seminars, conferences from Paris to Beirut. I am also owner and founder of Ma’Keto Kitchen, where I use all my knowledge to create food for people with dietary requirement.
